A European Telecoms company is wishing to deliver voice and data traffic to Mexico by delivering their traffic to a switch operated by a North American company.Instead of prepaying the North American company directly for onward routing, the funds are deposited with escrow advisors. Escrow Advisors releases the funds to the supplier on a realtime basis as the traffic is routed through, or incrementally at agreed set periods. If the route quality is not as prescribed by the seller the money in escrow will automatically be returned to the buyer. |
